The 14th Annual East Coast Paddleboard

and SUP Championships

We are the oldest continuous race on the East Coast, founded in 1998 this race was the original Key West Classic which split in 2005 to head to the Central Florida coast in order to reach more paddlers. The Key West Classic is held annually in May of each year in Key West. This race is held annually the third weekend in July (not this year).

June 18th -------7-8AM Day of registration  only-

Saturday June 18th 8:30am sharp

*The ECPC is a six mile open ocean race. Land start from the beach going north to the Sun Glow Pier (3 miles) and back with a land finish.

Following ECPC

The MAD DOG / Ho Daddy O's Paddle Blast- 1/4 mile paddle open class for 15 and under will be held following ECPC, any size or type of board.    One winning placement trophy.

Saturday, June 18, beach registration begins at 7:00am. Race time is 8:30am.  (Pre-registration will be held on Friday, June 17 @ SUP demo)   Cost is $35 dollar donation.  (All WPA members must be in good standing or pay the $10 charge if you are a member.)  All competitors will receive an event T-shirt and a participant’s trophy. All top 5 placements will receive a placement award. Trophy presentation is after completion of events at the North Turn Restaurant.  The top finishers in each category and class get their names engraved on the Perpetual Trophy.
